Ferris Bueller's Day Off (Paramount, 1986), Alan Ruck "Cameron Frye" Bedroom Telephone. Original (2) piece Anova 7000 telephone answering machine constructed of black plastic with a brushed metal faceplate on the top and wood plate on the front, various dialing and function buttons, and a black corded handset. Accompanying the phone is an Anova brand remote-control beeper to listen and relay messages. Convinced he's dying, Cameron Frye (Alan Ruck) answers a call from best friend Ferris Bueller (Matthew Broderick) on this high-tech device, as Ferris tells him, "You're not dying - you just can't think of anything good to do." Items are nestled in their original Styrofoam packaging. Phone measures 13.75" x 9.5" x 3" and beeper measures 4.75" x 2.25" x 1". Exhibits production age and handling wear, with fingerprint smudges to metal faceplate. Electronics untested. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
