Rita Hayworth "Gilda" vintage doll by Ron Kron. (Columbia, 1946/1980) Rita Hayworth "Gilda" vintage 24 in. papier-mâché doll Constructed of fully jointed body with handmade wig, glass inset eyes and applied eyelashes. In spectacular black satin handmade costume and pumps. Doll represents Hayworth in her iconic role of Gilda in her famous evening gown. Accompanied by her one black opera glove, the other she must have tossed away in her "Put the Blame on Mame" dance number. Three fingers are detached but present. In vintage, good condition.
