Katharine Hepburn vintage doll by Ron Kron. (Universal, 1981) Katharine Hepburn vintage 24 in. papier-mâché doll. Fully jointed body with handmade wig, glass inset eyes with applied eyelashes. Featuring a handmade leisure costume similar to her costume in On Golden Pond and her general mature personal fashion of the era. The doll was made in 1982 just after the release of the popular film. The doll is marked "Kron '82," and she comes with a "Participation Award" ribbon won at a doll show. A terrific likeness with a characteristic expression. Overall in vintage, good condition.
