Doug Jones "Silver Surfer" screen-used head and torso display from Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. (TCF, 2007) Creature suit veteran Doug Jones plays "The Silver Surfer" in the second installment of the Fantastic 4 movie franchise, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Consisting of a screen-worn 22.5 x 24 x 9 in. upper chest, shoulders and head section of the foam latex character prosthetic, affixed to a lightweight polyfoam body form. The piece is finished in metallic silver paint with the bottom of the production-made display painted black. A placard is affixed to the front of the base featuring the Fantastic 4 logo and title, an image of Jones in character in the film and the text, "Doug Jones Used Mask." With minor surface damage from production-use. Visible seam in back from top of head to bottom of prosthetic. Silver eye plugs installed post production for display. In overall, good condition.
