Description
Arnold Schwarzenegger "T-800" motorcycle jacket from Terminator 2: Judgment Day. (Carolco, 1991) In the future "John Connor" reprograms a "T-800" Terminator robot and sends it back in time to protect his 10-year old self from the more advanced liquid metal "T-1000" that was sent back to terminate him! This is an Arnold Schwarzenegger "T-800" screen-used production distressed, heavy black leather motorcycle jacket. The signature jacket is riddled with dozens of bullet holes, several rips, tears and a lot of scuffing representing damage incurred during heroic battles. This is an advance stage distressed version of this iconic piece. Considering both arms of the jacket are intact, it would place this particular jacket in sequences preceding the iron mill when T-800 loses his left arm. Inner liner features velcro attachment at bottom for access to back where two elastic straps are sewn for special effects rigging. It retains tape residue on several bullet hits for special effects, and other studio soiling and distressing. In production used good condition. From the collection of Ron South, the assistant editor of Terminator2: Judgement Day.Heritage Auctions provides as much information as possible but strongly encourages in-person inspection. Condition statements are offered as general guidance only, not as complete representations of fact, and do not constitute a warranty or assumption of liability by Heritage. Some condition issues may not be noted but may be visible in the photos, which are considered part of the condition report.
