Wrist Communicator from Star Trek: The Motion Picture. (Paramount, 1979) Vintage original prop armband-style wrist communicator constructed of cast in resin with a metal band, and painted crème with black detailing with reflective strip affixed to the top. Inside armband has written in pen, "12". Made by Brick Price, this is one of few hero pieces fabricated from resin; all similar watches made for background personnel were made of vacuum-formed plastic. Exhibiting age and wear. In vintage very good condition.
