(Republic Pictures, 1946) Original Adele Palmer costume sketch accomplished in pencil and gouache on 10 x 15.5 in. gray artist leaf visible through 14 x 18 in. mat. Depicts Adele Palmer as "Belle Malone" in western gown with gold and brown cinched, brocaded corset bodice and golden hoop skirt. With feathered hat, cameo and fan accessories. Signed in pencil in the lower right by designer "Adele". Mild wrinkling; otherwise, in fine condition.
