Batman: The Movie (TCF, 1966), Half Sheet and Insert Posters. Vintage original pair of posters from the 1966 theatrical release of Batman: the Movie, the feature-length expansion of the beloved television program, featuring (1) 22" x 28 rolled half sheet and (1) 36" x 14" insert poster featuring the same design, with text to both reading "FOR THE FIRST TIME ON THE MOTION PICTURE SCREEN IN COLOR" and featuring the central characters including Batman (Adam West), Robin (Burt Ward), Penguin (Burgess Meredith), Joker (Cesar Romero), Riddler (Frank Gorshin), and Catwoman (Lee Meriwether) in whimsical poses above the title in bold red (insert) and purple (half sheet). Both posters in wonderful vintage condition with half sheet rolled and fairly untouched and insert unrolled with some creases and minor stains. Come with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
