Batman (TCF TV, 1966-1968), Carolyn Jones "Marsha, Queen of Diamonds" Prop Diamond Crown, Necklace, and Earrings. Vintage original group of (3) custom-made simulated diamond jewelry pieces, including (1) crown consisting of 2- bands of round and marquise-shaped faux diamonds, set in a floral and foliate design and affixed to internal metal armature, (1) bib necklace with swags of multi-shaped faux diamonds, and (1) pair of chandelier-style earrings with clusters of faux diamonds. Though not all worn together in the same ensemble, these jewelry pieces can be seen separately as part of the wardrobe for Marsha, Queen of Diamonds (Carolyn Jones), particularly during the Season 2 Episodes, "Marsha, Queen of Diamonds" and "Marsha's Scheme of Diamonds", in which the jewels-obsessed villainess attempts to steal a large Bat-Diamond from the Batcave, and in the process force Batman (Adam West) into marrying her. These pieces were expertly designed by Joseff of Hollywood, who created custom costume jewelry for Hollywood productions over many decades, including for iconic leading ladies like Vivien Leigh in Gone with the Wind and Marlene Dietrich in Shanghai Express. Pieces present well overall while exhibiting expected production handling and age including some missing pieces and some shimmer loss throughout. Accompanied by a fiberglass resin bust in the likeness of Carolyn Jones as Marsha, expertly painted and finished and mounted to a custom-built 12" bust peg on a 10" x 10" base wrapped with felt depicting the Bat Signal and the skyline of Gotham City. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions. From The Stewart Berkowitz Television Treasures Collection.
