The Jackie Gleason Show (CBS TV, 1952-1957), Cast and Crew Signed Title Crawl Photograph. Vintage original 54" x 13" title crawl photograph with air-brushed embellishments from the 1950s run of The Jackie Gleason Show, featuring signatures from the cast and crew prominently to verso in dedication to Pat McBride, one of the show's camera operators, who presumably had an accident while on set and was sent this as he recovered. Top of verso is handwritten "To: Patty McBride - Get Well Quick" and surrounded from top to bottom by inscriptions from cast and crew members including Jackie Gleason reading, "To Pat - You Poor Soul / Jackie Gleason", Audrey Meadows reading, "Dear Pat, It's no fun without you. They wouldn't let me ride on the camera - Get well fast / Love, Audrey", and Joyce Randolph reading, "Hi Pat - I'm the one who's supposed to get injured / Joyce Randolph". Front of poster contains the opening title crawl of the show photo-printed onto cardstock and embellished with air-brushed elements, as would have appeared on-screen, featuring the advertising text from that specific broadcast reading, "Sheaffer's New Snorkel Pen / Nescafe Instant Coffee for Richer Flavor / Purex Dry Bleach / Have Brought You / The Jackie Gleason Show" followed by crewmember credits. Exhibiting signs of age, handling, and wear including bumps, edgewear, creases, water damage, soiling, and tears to top and bottom. A rarely seen production-made item from the era. Rolled. Comes with a full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services. From The Stewart Berkowitz Television Treasures Collection.
