Disney Pirates of the Caribbean Model Kits (MPC, 1972). This vintage set includes four factory-sealed model kits from MPC's Pirates of the Caribbean line, each based on scenes from the legendary Disneyland attraction. These kits feature original box art and detailed plastic components, offering a perfect blend of nostalgic appeal and collector-grade presentation. Titles in this lot include Fate of the Mutineers (1-5004), Dead Men Tell No Tales (1-5001), Condemned to Chains Forever (1-5003-200), and Hoist High the Jolly Roger (1-5002-150).
All boxes retain their original shrinkwrap, which remains tight and fully intact. As a result, most corners display mild creasing from shrink tension. Overall edge and corner wear is minor across the lot. Notable condition issues include a large crease on the right side of the front panel of Dead Men Tell No Tales, while Fate of the Mutineers exhibits heavy crushing to the lower right side of the box, causing visible creasing in that area. Despite the packaging flaws, this is a desirable group of sealed model kits from one of the most iconic rides in amusement park history, highly sought after by Disney and MPC collectors alike.
