DC Batman Spanish Hand Puppet Open Bag (Poch, 1970s). This rare vintage Batman hand puppet from Spanish toy maker Poch is a charming and unusual artifact from the international wave of 1970s Batman merchandising. Produced in latex with a cloth costume, the puppet features a stylized Batman head sculpt and stitched cape and cowl, all characteristic of the lower-cost, character-forward puppets sold across Europe during this era. The original "Títeres" tag, printed in Spanish, translates to "a fun character to play with your imagination" and confirms it as an officially licensed figure from Poch's puppet line. Also included is the original Poch-branded polybag, printed with the company's blue "Guaranty Quality" seal.

The puppet displays significant age and handling wear. The latex head shows rubbing, paint loss, chipping, and surface soiling, particularly around the ears and sides of the mask. The cloth costume is faded, with loose threads and fraying along the cape and edges. The tag is worn and creased, with discoloration and edge curling, but remains legible and intact. The original bag is present but worn. Extremely difficult to find complete with both tag and bag, this Spanish-market Batman puppet is a standout example of how the Caped Crusader's international appeal spread far beyond the comics page. A quirky, character-rich addition for collectors of foreign Batman items, vintage puppets, or global superhero novelties.
