Vintage gelatin silver glossy borderless 7.25" x 9.5" advance continuity layout key set photograph of Skull Island villagers preparing Fay Wray as "Ann Darrow" for the sacrifice to "Kong" in King Kong by Ernest A. Bachrach, with original paper caption with (advance) key set number K-18 on the verso caption. Advance key set number K-18 / Pub-6 in India ink on the negative. Original to the collection of Kango Takamura, assistant and retoucher for Bachrach at RKO Pictures until 1942, when he was interned at Manzanar, returning to the studio until it closed in 1957.
