War Horse (Touchstone, 2011), British Army Soldier Uniform. Original (5) piece World War One-style British army uniform costume with accessories including (1) wool jacket with buttons, epaulettes, and "Grenadier Guards" sewn-on shoulder patches, (1) pair of wool pants with pockets and discreet button fly, (1) wool cap with leather strap surround and emblem affixed to the front, (1) British army-style equipment "webbing" featuring a satchel, canteen, baton/truncheon, and numerous pouches, and (1) pair of wool ankle wraps. Worn by a British soldier in the movie adaptation of Michael Morpurgo's novel War Horse, directed by Steven Spielberg. Exhibits light production wear, garments with intentional distressing and very minor loose thread in places, light staining or mud remains. Jacket is missing bottom button, with additional staining inside hat and ankle straps.Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
