Cinefantastique Magazine (Volume 19, Number 3), Roger Stine Original Cover Artwork from Star Trek: The Next Generation. Original oil and gouache artwork by Roger Stine for the March 1989 issue of Cinefantastique Magazine featuring the main cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation including the likenesses of Data (Brent Spiner), Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Sir Patrick Stewart), Commander William Riker (Jonathan Frakes), and Lt. Commander Geordi LaForge (LeVar Burton), set against a highly detailed depiction of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-C emerging from a cosmic nebula on a black background. Painted on artist's board and mounted to cardboard with black masking tape and signed by Roger Stine on the lower right corner. Measures 16" x 20". Known for his expressive sci-fi covers for Cinefantastique magazine, Stine brings the same atmospheric intensity to this piece. Exhibits minor paint bleed around the edges, light fading and minor wear at corners. The magazine image is for reference only and is not included with this lot.
