BG-222 Jefferson Airplane 1970 Grateful Dead Benefit Concert Poster Graded 9.0. First-printing San Francisco concert poster for the Jefferson Airplane, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Santana, It's a Beautiful Day and Dan Hicks and His Hot Licks playing one weekday benefit concert on Monday, February 23, 1970 at the Winterland ballroom. Known as BG-222 in the Bill Graham numbered series, this poster was printed in two versions, and this is the brown & white monochromatic one. Measuring 13 7/8" x 21", it's been graded to 9.0 Very Fine/Near Mint by CGC (the Certified Guaranty Company). From the Tim Backstrom Grateful Dead Collection. COA from Heritage Auctions.
