Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), Action and VFX Hatchets from The Walking Dead (AMC 2010-2022). Original group of (2) props including (1) Action hatchet crafted from high-density rubber with an internal wire substructure, expertly studio-painted black, silver, and brown to accurately resemble a hatchet, measuring 17" x 5.25" x 1", and (1) Visual Effects hatchet crafted from foam rubber with an internal wire substructure, an abbreviated axe head capped and wrapped in VFX tracking tape, expertly studio-painted and distressed to appear as blood-stained wood, measuring 16.5" x 2.75" x 1". Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) first wields his iconic hatchet in Season 6, quickly establishing it as one of his signature weapons alongside his trusted Colt Python revolver. This weapon remains at Rick's side through much of the series and plays a prominent role up to his exit in Season 9. Most notably, in Season 6, Episode 9, "No Way Out," Rick uses the hatchet to fend off a massive horde of Walkers, rallying the residents of Alexandria to fight back and reclaim their home. Items exhibit production wear and age, including studio distressing and faux blood stains. Comes with a COA from AMC and Heritage Auctions.
