Description

Prince and the Revolution 1999 RIAA Gold Record Sales Award (Warner Bros. 1-23720, 1982). His fifth studio album and his first to reach the Top Ten. Spawned multiple hit singles including: "1999," "Little Red Corvette," and "Delirious." According to the plaque beneath the gold disc, this award was "Presented to Prince to Commemorate the Sale of More Than 500,000 Copies of the Warner Bros. Records Long-Playing Record Album '1999'". Framed in an antique gold finish to an overall 17" x 21". Minor scrapes on frame, Very Fine condition.
