Hoagy Carmichael, Harold Arlen, Nelson Riddle, and Juan Tizol and Other Jazz Stars Signed Contracts. Set of four includes Carmichael for sessions that produced "Hong Kong Blues" (two pages, August 10, 1939); Arlen during an important period in his life, just before his next collaboration with Judy Garland on A Star Is Born (ten pages, January 1, 1953, Columbia Records letterhead); Riddle signed during his very successful with Sinatra, he was signed to work on a big band record with Phil Silvers (March 22, 1957, Columbia letterhead); and Tizol for solo work after his Ellington Orchestra departure (December 18, 1958, Columbia letterhead). Fine condition. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
