Marilyn Monroe Check Signed to Her Assistant. A check for $105.15, dated September 9, 1960, signed by Monroe's name to her personal assistant in black ink. The date places it during production on what would prove to be Monroe's final film, The Misfits, and just a few months before her divorce from husband Arthur Miller was finalized. The signature is faded, yet the check is in Very Fine condition with mild wear and the usual bank cancellation marks. Accompanied by a James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
