Description

Herbert Hoover, Millard Fillmore, and Admiral Byrd Autographs. Includes a 2" x 3.5" calling card dated February 28, 1869 and signed by former President Fillmore in black ink; a first day cover of a three-cent Byrd Antarctic Expedition commemorative stamp affixed to a 3" x 5" card signed by Admiral Richard Byrd in black ink; and a first day cover of a 1932 three-cent stamp affixed to a 3" x 5" card signed by President Hoover. Some fading to the Fillmore signature; otherwise the items are in Very Fine to Excellent condition. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
