Description

Albert Einstein Signed First Day Cover. This first day cover of a four-cent U.S. postage stamp is affixed to a 3" x 5" card and signed across its front by Einstein in black ink. Widely regarded as the most important scientists of the 20th century, Einstein's groundbreaking work in Theoretical Physics earned him the Nobel Prize and made his name synonymous with genius and intelligence. The cover is in Very Fine to Excellent condition, and is accompanied by its original mailing envelope, postmarked Princeton, June 1, 1938. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
