David Bowie Signed The Man Who Fell To Earth Contract. This 25-page agreement engaged Bowie to star in Nicolas Roeg's 1976 adaptation of the science fiction novel by Walter Tevis, dated August 7, 1975, signed by the singer/actor on page 24 in black ink. Bowie played an alien who crash lands on Earth while looking for water necessary to save his dying planet, only to be corrupted and broken by fame and fortune. The contract guarantees Bowie a salary of $7,500 a week for 12 weeks. The document is in Very Fine to Excellent condition. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
