Mark Hellinger's Naked City Script and Related Archive. A great selection of items relating to the classic 1948 noir, from Hellinger's personal library. Includes a final shooting draft of the script (May 20, 1947, 127 pages) bearing the original title, Homicide; Hellinger's personal second edition copy of the book Naked City by famed photographer Weegee, basis for the movie; a 1947 letter from Essential Books verifying sale of the book's title to Hellinger; four b&w 8" x 10" production stills; an award certificate from Photoplay magazine; and a framed newspaper clipping.
