Description
The Beatles Tower Ballroom Concert Handbill (1962). This rare handbill, one of only eight known to still exist, found the Beatles opening for Joe Brown, then riding high in the British charts with his song "Picture of You." Legend has it that a huge fight broke out during the show. This was one of Pete Best's final performances as a Beatle; Ringo Starr would be hired to replace him the following month. The handbill measures approximately 6.5" x 8", and is in Fine condition with fold lines and one tiny edge tear, near the top right corner.Heritage Auctions provides detailed information when available but strongly encourages in-person inspection.
