Beatles Please Please Me Vintage Press Kit. Rush-released on March 22, 1963, in the UK to capitalize on the success of singles "Please Please Me" and "Love Me Do", the Beatles' first LP would forever change the face of popular music. Within a year the band would become superstars. This vintage seven-page press kit for Please Please Me features quotes from iconic BBC radio personality Brian Matthew (still broadcasting in England at age 81); a press release regarding the then-new single "From Me to You"; details on the LP; TV, radio, and concert appearance info; and contact info for Brian Epstein, George Martin, and others. The item has some very mild wear and a small rusted staple, but is otherwise in Excellent condition.
