Elvis Presley Related - 1975 Summer Festival Hat signed by J.D. Sumner and Others. A souvenir Styrofoam hat made to resemble a straw boater, signed on the crown by Sumner, Ed Enoch of the Stamps, TCB Band drummer Ronnie Tutt, and Kathy Westmoreland of the Sandpipers in green felt tip. In Very Fine to Excellent condition.
