Johnny Cash Vintage Photo and Records (1950s-60s). It's an instant Johnny Cash archive, from the collection of Betty Siegfried, Johnny's personal secretary from 1961 to 1964! Included are 10 vintage photos from the early 1950s to the early '60s, including an 8" x 10" of Johnny serenading a rapt Roseanne circa 1958 (E. H. Jaffe, photographer). Also included are eight Columbia 45s from the mid-1960s to the '70s: "Cotton Pickin' Hands" (43496), "Austin Prison" (43673), "Bottom of a Mountain" (43763), "Put the Sugar to Bed" (43921), "Jackson" (Promo 44011), "The Wind Changes" (Promo 44288), "Rosanna's Going Wild" (44373), and "Folsom Prison Blues" (44513) - all in NM 8. And there's more! Sixteen 45s from Cash's contemporaries, that feature selections written and/or recorded by Cash originally. The contemporary artists include Margie Bowes, Lorrie and Larry Collins (The Collins Kids), Don Costa, Rusty Draper, Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings (5 discs), Roy Rivers, The Shacklefords, The Statler Brothers, and Gordon Terry (2) - all in nice condition, averaging EX 7 to NM 8.
