Accompanied by a b&w 8" x 10" photo of the actress as "Lily Munster," inscribed and signed by her in blue ink. The book is in Fine to Very Fine condition with mild to moderate soiling to the cover and some looseness tot he front hinge, and no dustjacket; the photo is Very Fine. Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
