Buddy Ebsen's Prop Rifle from Davy Crockett. One of Buddy Ebsen's most popular and memorable roles was that of frontiersman George E. Russell opposite Fess Parker as Davy Crockett in five episodes of ABC's Disneyland anthology TV series, and this prop musket was used by Ebsen on the show. It measures 50" in length and is in Fine condition with moderate wear and a fair amount of tarnishing; the tip of the ramrod has snapped off and is missing, and the wood under the front half of the barrel has split and has been secured by two bands of tape. A great item from a classic performance. From the Buddy Ebsen Estate.
