Kurt Cobain Signed "Fender" Sketch. As a high school student in Aberdeen, Washington, Kurt Cobain's main interest was in his art courses, and he would often draw in order to pass the time in other classes. This 10.5" x 5.5" pencil-and-ink Fender guitar-themed sketch on illustration board was drawn by the late Nirvana frontman while a student at Aberdeen High School, circa 1982-84. A rare sample of Cobain's artwork, the piece is in Excellent condition, and is signed "Kurt Cobain per 5" on the back in black ink. Accompanied by a notarized letter of authenticity from Cobain's high school art teacher.
