STOMP Out Bullying™ is the leading national anti-bullying organization for kids and teens in the U.S. It is a signature program of Love Our Children USA™ and focuses on reducing and preventing bullying, cyberbullying and other digital abuse, decreasing school absenteeism, educating against homophobia, racism and hatred and deterring violence in schools, playgrounds, online and in communities across the country. October is National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month • STOMP OUT BULLYING™ now in its seventh year • An initiative of STOMP OUT BULLYING™, NATIONAL BLUE SHIRT DAY™ WORLD DAY OF BULLYING PREVENTION is observed on the first Monday of each October where kids and adults alike are urged to make that the day that bullying prevention is heard around the world by wearing a BLUE SHIRT in solidarity to STOMP Out Bullying. What is Heritage's return policy?
Heritage offers a three (3) day return policy for all Internet auctions (does not include Signature Auctions). Policy varies by type of Auction. See the "Additional Terms and Conditions" section of our Terms & Conditions.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Lots delivered to you, or your representative are subject to all applicable sales/use taxes, if any, unless appropriate permits are on file with Auctioneer.
Bidder agrees to pay Auctioneer the actual amount of tax due in the event that sales tax is not properly collected due to: 1) an expired, inaccurate, or inappropriate resale tax certificate and/or declaration, 2) an incorrect interpretation of the applicable statute,
3) or any other legitimate reason. The appropriate form or resale certificate must be on file at and verified by Auctioneer five days prior to Auction, or tax must be paid; only if such form or resale certificate is received by
Auctioneer within 4 days after the Auction can a refund of tax paid be made. Lots from different Auctions may not be aggregated for sales tax purposes.
Heritage is required to collect sales tax in many states.

Heritage is not required to collect sales tax if you are buying for resale.
- If you are buying for resale, you can provide Heritage with your sales tax resale certificate.
- If you do not have a resale certificate, contact your respective state agency to see if you qualify.
If I win, how do I pay?
For expedited shipping or delivery in person, upon receipt of your invoice, please remit payment a bank wire, cashier's check or bank money order. Clients with pre-arranged credit status will receive immediate credit for payments via eCheck, personal or corporate checks. All others will be subject to a hold of 5 days, or more, for the funds to clear prior to releasing merchandise.
For your convenience, payments can be made from the MyOrders page of the HA.com website by eCheck, but allow 24-48 hours from the end of the auction for invoices to appear on this Page. For more information, by type of auction, please go to the specific category on HA.com.
What is the Buyer's Premium?

For these categories and oversized items in other categories, please allow 14–21 business days for shipping, as they require more labor-intensive preparation.
